IT’S A TRAP program aims to educate youth about the criminal life cycle, specifically focusing on the risks and consequences associated with drugs, gang involvement or engaging in the sex trade. We present youth with factual information about these lifestyles and highlight real-life outcomes experienced by individuals who have been involved. The program brings in speakers who have firsthand experience in these areas to share their stories, outcomes, and motivations for change. We also collaborate with schools, responding to their requests when they identify students at risk of engaging in these activities, and conduct coaching sessions within the school environment.

Railroad 2 Success
The Railroad 2 Success program highlights our team’s stories and reflects our commitment to empowering youth. Every Thursday, it promotes community engagement through basketball games, followed by an inspiring talk from a professional speaker.
